Severe Weather Possible from the Central Plains to the Northeast; Building Heat in the West; Fire Weather Concerns for the Southwest

The average last freeze in the spring is around April 7th in Paducah, KY and Evansville, IN.  However, the last spring freeze has occurred as early as March 7th in Paducah, KY and March 4th in Evansville, IN. It has also occurred as late as May 7th in Paducah and May 10th in Evansville.
