Inclement Weather Continues in the West; Fire Weather Threat in the High Plains

A strong frontal system will move through southern and central California this afternoon through Monday morning bringing high snowfall totals to the Sierra Nevada, and heavy rainfall which may cause flooding/flash flooding in southern California.
