Heavy Rainfall & Thunderstorms in the Deep South & Gulf Coast; Critical Fire Weather Conditions for Southern California

A slow-moving frontal boundary will bring locally heavy rainfall, a few thunderstorms, and the potential of flash flooding to the Gulf Coast and much of the Southeast U.S. into Sunday. Meanwhile, dry and gusty conditions will again result in critical fire weather conditions for southern California.
