Wet Weather in the West; Snowy in the Midwest; Fire Weather threats in the Central/South Plains

Another couple of days of rainy weather, with snow as low as 2,000 feet and up to 3 feet in the higher mountains, can be expected for Northern California. Strong winds ahead of this system is producing critical to extreme fire weather threats for the Central and Southern Plains.
