Threat for Heavy Rainfall Continues Across Parts of California Today; Winter Storm Pulling Away From the Northeast.

Heavy rainfall continues across California today with the threat for significant flash flooding and mud slides, while heavy mountain snows continue across the Sierras. The winter storm impacting portions of the Northeast coast will continue to move slowly offshore today.
