While temperatures will remain in the upper 80s to low 90s over the weekend, a significant cool down is expected next week with high temperatures falling back into the 70s to low 80s across the Mid-South.
Abnormally Dry to Moderate Drought conditions are present across most of the Mid-South. Drought conditions may rapidly worsen given little rainfall forecast over the next week.
