Flooding Risks from Tropical Moisture Across the Intermountain West and East Coast

Tropical moisture from Isaias and Rachel will impact portions of the Intermountain West and East Coast states. On September 27th, 2004, the remnants of Hurricane Jeanne spawned an F2 tornado in Fairfiled County, SC. Four miles North Northeast of Ridgeway on Scout Lane, five mobile homes were destroyed and two frame houses moderately damaged. Unfortunately this tornado took one person's life and injured 13 others.
