Many roads in both North Dakota and Minnesota closed in the morning and remained closed through the afternoon.

| North Dakota road conditions as of 9:45 AM. No travel advised for all counties in red, and roads closed. I-29 from Canada down to Fargo shut down, and US 2 from Grand Forks to Devils Lake as well. We also had a large pileup on I-94 near Valley City. Multiple injuries occurred.
