Overview

Heavy snow and mixed precipitation fell across much of north-central and northeast Wisconsin on January 22 as low pressure moved across southern Wisconsin. A swath of 8 to 10 inches of snow fell over north-central Wisconsin, with lower amounts to the south where rain mixed in with the snow at times. Gusty northeast winds also developed as the storm system approached.
