Heavy Rainfall Across the Southwest, Mid-Atlantic and Florida; Fire Weather Concerns in the Northwest and Alaska

Heavy to excessive rainfall may bring flooding to parts of Arizona, New Mexico, Florida, North Carolina, and Virginia today. Recently burned areas will be particularly vulnerable to flash flooding. Thanksgiving Day Forecast:

The forecast is calling for partly to mostly cloudy skies. There is a chance of light snow all day across the far north. There is a chance of light snow or flurries across central and northeast Wisconsin during the late afternoon or evening. It will be cold with highs only in the middle 20s to lower 30s.
