Severe Thunderstorms and Excessive Rainfall in the Eastern U.S. Tuesday; Hot Weather for Southern California

Severe thunderstorms are likely across portions of the Mid-South, Tennessee Valley, and lower Ohio River Valley Tuesday, including damaging winds and tornadoes, a few of which could be strong. Heavy to excessive rainfall, which may lead to flooding, is expected over the lower Ohio Valley Tuesday. A group of students at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay (UWGB) are seeking participants in a survey that focuses on weather messaging and social media. This survey allows participants to share feedback on how they find and interpret weather and forecast graphics, with the opportunity to provide input for improvement. The weather information used in this survey focuses on the NWS Green Bay forecast area which covers northeast Wisconsin, but anyone is welcome and encouraged to participate.

This survey is voluntary and anonymous and participates must be over the age of 18. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.
