Heavy Rain and Flash Flooding Threat in the Central U.S.; Severe Weather in the Southern Plains

Heavy rain and flash flooding is likely across portions of the Midwest into the Central and Southern Plains Thursday. A Slight Risk (level 2 of 4) of Excessive Rainfall has been issued.
