A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until Midnight tonight for Stark and Marshall Counties for the potential for another 1 to 2 inches of snow. A winter storm continues to impact a large portion of the Midwest tonight but should begin to push away from the area overnight. The heaviest snowfall is still expected across northern Illinois, southeast Wisconsin, and lower Michigan.
Timing

Affects on Central Illinois
- Rain and snow will change to snow across the north this evening, with mostly rain this evening over central and southern areas.
- Additional snowfall may total from 1 to 2 inches over our northern counties this eveninig, with up to an inch possible along the I-74 corridor.
Other Forecast Concerns
- Any travel northward from central Illinois will be a slow go this evening into the overnight hours, especially along and north of Interstate 80 where the heaviest snowfall will occur with this storm.
