Outdoor plans? Prepare for gusty winds both today and Saturday. Plan for wind impacts, including difficult travel and dangerous boating conditions, as well as blowing dust. Given how dry it is, critical fire weather conditions with high fire danger are also expected. So, avoid anything that could produce a flame or spark!
A Wind Advisory has been issued for most of the forecast area due to westerly to southwesterly winds between 20 and 30 mph with peak gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
