Heavy rain will create mainly localized areas of flash flooding across the central Gulf Coast into the Appalachians. Training is free to attend

Registration is required for virtual sessions and strongly recommended for in person sessions as limited seating is available

Program lasts approximately 2 hours - we will take a brief stretch break
