Rain Rate Visualizer

This is a collection of video clips showing rain at different hourly rainfall rates.  This is intended to help everyone better understand what to expect when we forecast specific values of rainfall rates. Some videos are lower quality, but will be updated as new example come forward.

Note, the rates associated with these videos were calculated based on the total rain accumulated in a 10 minute window centered at the time of the video, then multiplied by 6 to come up with a 60 minute (1 hour) rate.
