Issued: 513 AM EDT Sun Aug 18 2019

Slower-moving lightning storms today will be capable of producing
a quick 1 to 2 inches of rainfall, especially where multiple
boundaries interact. This on top of the well-above normal rainfall
received lately could result in more localized flooding of urban
and poor drainage areas and ponding of water on roadways. Never
drive into water-covered roads.
