.SYNOPSIS...A 29.1 inch low over northern Ontario this evening tracks through
Quebec tonight into Wednesday morning. Meanwhile, a 30.5 inch high
pressure over the Canadian Prairies builds over the eastern Dakotas
Wednesday morning, sliding around the southwestern periphery of the
Great Lakes Thursday while weakening to 30.2 inches as it retreats
into the Gulf. The ridging is followed up by a 29.4 inch low moving
over Lake Superior on Friday, which weakens to 29.7 inches over
southern Ontario Saturday. Meanwhile, high pressure ridging of at
least 30.2 inches settles west of the Great Lakes over the weekend.
A weak clipper low of around 29.9 inches is then expected to move
over Lake Superior late Sunday into early next week.
