Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...30.2 inch high pressure slowly moves offshore today, while 29.8 to
29.9 inch troughing moves eastward across the rest of the lake today
into Thursday night. Weak 30.0 inch ridging builds back over the
Upper Great Lakes on Friday before weakening to 29.9 inches on
Saturday as a 29.6 inch low passes through far northern Ontario and
Hudson Bay. Broad, weak ridging over the Great Lakes basin builds
back to 30.0 inches for Sunday into next week.
