Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Weak ridging of 29.8 inches this morning gives way to troughing by
this afternoon, with the troughing deepening to around 29.5 inches
by this evening as the parent low tracks into northern Ontario at
29.3 inches. Pressure over Lake Superior hold at around 29.6 inches
on Thursday until another Colorado low lifts into the Upper Great
Lakes at around 29.5 inches in the evening. Behind the low,
troughing progressively weakens to 29.8 inches Friday through Friday
night. While troughing may restrengthen a little to 29.7 inches on
Saturday, expect weak ridging of 30.0 inches to return to Lake
Superior on Sunday.
