.DISCUSSION...

Winds turn southerly through today, with increasing moisture
across the region, bringing minimum relative humidity values into the 45
to 65 percent range, with higher values over the southern Blue 
Ridge. This is also where shower and storm chances are highest
for today/Wednesday. Thursday and Friday will see higher and more 
widespread chances for showers and storms. Dry weather returns by Sunday,
and temperatures increase to 5 to 10 degrees above seasonal normals early
next week.
