.DISCUSSION...

High pressure will remain situated across the Mid-Atlantic today
into early Wednesday. The persistent east-northeasterly windflow
around the high will maintain a fetch of cool, generally dry air
from the New England area. Gusts today will remain less than
10 mph. Expect abundant sunshine occasionally intermixed with
passing clouds. A few showers may develop during the afternoon,
however low confidence as to where. Afternoon minimum RH values
will fall as low as 30 percent across some of the south-facing
slopes.
