.DISCUSSION...
Wetting rain across the mountains this morning.
Quiet, dry, and seasonable conditions are expected to continue this 
afternoon through Wednesday, thanks to high pressure in place across 
the area. 
MinRh values will be near 40% on this afternoon and to over 50% by Tuesday, 
despite temperatures rising to well above normal. Winds are expected 
to remain light each day, increasing by Wednesday out of the southeast, 
gusting up to 20 mph in the mountains. 

Although rainfall amounts with the mid to late week system are 
trending downward, the entire area is still expected to receive a 
wetting rainfall, particularly along/west of the Blue Ridge.
