.DISCUSSION...
Low pressure along the Mid-Atlantic Coast will bring rain to
parts of eastern North Carolina and eastern Virginia tonight. 
Western North Carolina, western Virginia and into West Virginia
are expected to remain dry. After a mainly dry day Tuesday,
clouds will return Tuesday night into Wednesday as a stronger
front arrives from the west and brings a widespread soaking rain.
Another system arrives for the weekend with more rain. 

5-day rain totals of 1 to 2 inches are expected...with upwards
of 3 inches near the Blue Ridge.
