.DISCUSSION...

Dry conditions are forecast through this evening as high pressure
crosses the forecast area. Minimum RH values today drop to around
30 to 40 percent over much of the area this afternoon. While 
winds will be light today, winds will gust to 15 mph to locally 25
mph at times Tuesday ahead of the next weather system. The next 
wetting rain chance will arrive early Tuesday in the mountains and
spread east through Wednesday night. Rainfall amounts will range
from a quarter inch to a half inch or more along the higher
terrain. 

Southerly winds on Tuesday veer SW Tuesday night, and become 
westerly and gusty to 15 to 25 kts Wednesday through Thursday. 
Winds remain gusty to 15 to 25 kts Friday and turn NW.
