Severe Weather and Heavy Rain in the Southeast; Late-Season Snowstorm in the Central Rockies

Severe thunderstorms across Texas to the southern Appalachians pose risks of damaging winds, large hail, a couple of tornadoes, and potential flooding through Wednesday.
