A high surf advisory and a high risk of rip currents continue in effect through at least Tuesday for the northern beaches of Puerto Rico. In addition, there is a Small Craft Advisory in effect for the nearshore and offshore Atlantic waters and passages. Dangerous surf and life-threatening rip currents will continue, along with hazardous conditions for small craft.
