[May 16th] 🔹Abundant moisture from the east and an approaching upper-level trough from the west will heighten the risk of flooding across Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, especially this afternoon and Saturday. 🔹Limiting factors could be approaching Saharan Dust from the east and early morning cloud cover.
