Another Clipper to Bring Snow Monday; Gulf of Mexico Storm to Bring Heavy Rain

A second clipper will move through the northern Plains into the Great Lakes, Ohio Valley, and Northeast Monday and Tuesday with additional light snow which may impact travel.
