A strong arctic cold front will move through the region today/tonight. Along with the front a band of light to moderate snow is expected to move through as well. Here is the approximate timing of the rain/snow line and a glimpse of what the radar may look like at that time.
A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for much of the area through 7 AM Wednesday morning. Light snow accumulations will cause some travel issues, and dangerously cold wind chills are also expected.
Dangerous wind chills are expected behind the cold front starting this evening and lasting for some locations through Wednesday night into Thursday. Bundle up if you have to be outside for any duration, but please try to stay indoors!
