Here is a look at some Memorial Day weather statistics for Cincinnati, with data going back to 1871. Memorial Day was originally celebrated each year on May 30th, until federal law moved the holiday to the last Monday of May beginning in 1971. Note that because the holiday falls on different days from year to year, the "normals" shown below have been averaged over the last week of May. As can be seen in the data below, there has been a fairly wide spectrum of temperatures and precipitation amounts on Memorial Day in Cincinnati, but high temperatures have generally been in the 70s/80s and low temperatures in the 50s/60s.  It is also not uncommon to see some rain in Cincinnati on Memorial Day.
