Mostly clear skies and light winds are expected tonight with lows ranging from the upper 40s to low 60s.
Much of the area will see abundant sunshine and warmer temperatures reaching the upper 80s to low 90s tomorrow. There is a slight chance of thunderstorms over the southern Rolling Plains. A few storms may become severe with large hail and damaging winds being the main threats.
Showers and thunderstorms are possible tomorrow afternoon and evening across the far southeast Texas Panhandle and Rolling Plains. A few storms may become strong to severe with the primary threats being large hail and damaging winds.
The chance for strong to severe thunderstorms returns Wednesday afternoon and evening, mainly off the Caprock. The primary threats will be large hail, damaging wind gusts and locally heavy rainfall.
