Extremely critical fire weather conditions are expected to develop across the Great Basin and Southwest today, and exceptionally dry and windy conditions will promote rapid wildfire spread through the weekend. The NOAA All Hazards Weather Radio station in Boyero transmitting on 162.450 MHz will be out of service starting on Wednesday, March 26, for installation of a new transmitter. The station is expected to be back on the air by Friday afternoon.
