Heavy Rainfall Possible Across the Central U.S.; Poor Air Quality Across the Northwest and North Central States

Thunderstorms will produce locally heavy rainfall and possibly some flash flooding across central portions of the country through tonight, with a few strong to locally severe thunderstorms possible.
