Zeta Heading Toward the Gulf Coast; Snow and Ice Across the Southern Rockies & High Plains

Zeta is forecast to bring hurricane conditions, life-threatening storm surge, and heavy rainfall to portions of the northern Gulf Coast by late Wednesday.
