It was the 15th warmest October on record at Green Bay, the 24th warmest at Wausau and the 33rd warmest at Rhinelander. Precipitation for the month averaged 0.50 to 1.50 inches above normal. It was the 10th wettest (tied) at Rhinelander, 28th wettest at Wausau and the 35th wettest October on record. Despite the above normal rainfall, snowfall for the month ended up below normal for most places.
Records date back to 1886 at Green Bay, 1895 at Wausau and 1908 at Rhinelander.
