TORNADO 3 MILES SOUTHWEST OF GALENA. THE TORNADO TOUCHED DOWN NEAR
THE HOOVER RESERVOIR IN DELAWARE COUNTY OHIO ON SEPTEMBER 16TH
2010. TREE DAMAGE IN THIS LOCATION WAS CONSISTENT WITH AN EFO
TORNADO WITH WIND SPEEDS ESTIMATED AT 75 MPH.
