THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WILMINGTON OH HAS CONFIRMED A
TORNADO NEAR BALTIMORE IN FAIRFIELD COUNTY OHIO ON APRIL 20 2011.

A NWS DAMAGE SURVEY FOUND THAT A TORNADO TOUCHED DOWN EAST OF
BALTIMORE ALONG CANAL ROAD NW. DAMAGE TO A HOME WAS DONE AT THIS
LOCATION AND A GARAGE WAS DESTROYED. WINDOWS WERE BLOWN OUT.
NUMEROUS LARGE TREES WERE SNAPPED AND UPROOTED IN THE AREA.
ADDITIONAL TORNADIC DAMAGE WAS FOUND ALONG MILLERSPORT ROAD WHERE
A BARN WAS DAMAGED. THIS DAMAGE WAS DETERMINED TO BE CONSISTENT
WITH WINDS OF AN EF1 TORNADO ON THE ENHANCED FUJITA SCALE.

ADDITIONAL STRAIGHT LINE WIND DAMAGE IN NORTHERN FAIRFIELD COUNTY
WAS ESTIMATED TO BE CAUSED BY WINDS THAT REACHED 80-100 MPH.
