The National Weather Service in Wilmington, Ohio has confirmed an EF0 tornado about one half mile south of Bentonville in Fayette County, Indiana. The only visible damage identified from the tornado was an older church building on N County Road 550 W. The roof collapsed within the building as the north wall was blown out. There was a large amount of splatter on the east wall. A piece of metal was located in a tree around forty yards to the west of the church. Debris from the church was lifted and scattered northward across the cemetery and into a nearby fielding extending up to 200 yards.
