Survey Summary:
Video evidence revealed the tornado began east of Sidney-Freyburg
Road south of Wells Road and continued north. North of Wells 
Road, drone video revealed concentrated damage through the corn 
fields as it approached Lochard Road. Some minor tree damage was 
also observed near Lochard Road. This observed damage resulted in 
an EF0 rating. Based on the drone video, the tornado is believed 
to have dissipated east of Lochard Road. 

The National Weather Service would like to thank the Shelby 
County Emergency Management Agency and the Shelby County Sheriff's
Office for their assistance with survey.
