Survey Summary:
The National Weather Service in Wilmington Ohio has confirmed an
EF0 tornado north of Springfield in Clark County, Ohio.

This tornado was first observed at a large manufacturing and 
trucking facility on Urbana Road. Video evidence shows a tornado 
moving through a parking lot, and a semi trailer was flipped.

As this tornado moved east-southeast, additional tree damage was 
observed on Willow Road, and in several locations north and south 
of Moorefield Road. Several snapped trees were observed just east 
of Mechanicsburg Road, which is the last known damage from this 
tornado. The magnitude of the tree damage supports an estimated 
maximum wind speed of 80 MPH.

Sporadic tree and barn damage was observed elsewhere in this 
area, including on E County Line Road and N Plateau Drive. Damage 
at these locations was determined to be from straight-line winds 
of up to 70 MPH.
