Water Story

Heavy rain over central PA led to quick rises at many river forecast points overnight. The heaviest rain fell over several tributaries to Bald Eagle Creek which led to a quick rise into major flood stage. A minor flood also occurred at Penns Creek, several other locations reached or are forecast to reach action stage.
