1/3 of the wave spectrum.   Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure of 30.1 inches will continue to move across Lake
early this morning. Winds will then increase again out of the
southwest today into tonight in association with another low
around 29.7 inches pushing in. This low will move east across the
western Great Lakes region tonight, shifting winds to the
northwest behind it. A stronger low around 29.4 inches tracks
across the Upper Great Lakes Wednesday into Thursday, bringing
another round of gusty winds to Lake Michigan.
