Air Quality Concerns; Fire Weather in the West; Flash Flooding in the Southeast

Wildfire smoke continues to result in poor air quality from the Upper Midwest into the Northeast. NOAA and the National Weather Service are at EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh, WI this week through Sunday, July 28th. The Federal Pavillion is in a new area this year in Exhibit Hangar D near the main entrance of the AirVenture grounds.

You can cool off in the Hurricane Simulator, touch a mini tornado, view weather instruments that ride on airplanes, navigate through our websites with forecasters from The Aviation Weather Center and your local National Weather Service offices, and ask us all sorts of questions!

The Federal Pavilion is open from 9 am to 5 pm daily. Stop by the booth or view a presentations. Over 500,000 aviation enthusiasts visit AirVenture each year. We hope to see you there!
