Above Average Temperatures for the West and Central Plains; Lake Effect Snow Continues

Well above average temperatures will prevail across the Plains and the West Coast this week, while a cold front will bring Arctic air to the South and East Coast Thursday and Friday. A line of thunderstorms moved eastward across southeast Wisconsin during the late morning and early afternoon hours on Wednesday, October 12, 2022. This line of storms produced 7 EF-0 rated tornadoes, along with multiple areas of straight line wind damage.
