Severe Weather Shifts to the East; Record Warm Temperatures in the South

November 2016, as well as meteorological Autumn 2016, and all of 2016, has been quite warm across southern Wisconsin. In fact, looking at the rankings for Milwaukee and Madison, November 2016, Autumn 2016 and all of 2016 will be one of the warmest on record!

Milwaukee's average temperature for November 2016 was 47.3 degrees Fahrenheit. This is whopping 8.3 degrees above normal! This ranks as the 2nd warmest November on record!
