Areas of Severe Thunderstorms and Heavy Rain Possible through the Weekend

There will be daily chances for scattered thunderstorms across portions of the Central and Eastern U.S. through the weekend, with severe thunderstorms possible in the northern Plains and Upper Midwest. Overview

A line of storms moved through east central to southeast Wisconsin on the evening of August 7th, 2019. Damaging winds occurred in two main areas: Berlin to Ripon and Elkhorn to Twin Lakes. Some large hail fell in the Berlin area as well.
