Fire Weather Concerns In Southern California; Storm Impacting New England

The combination of gusty offshore winds, dry conditions and warm temperatures will result in a prolonged period of critical and elevated fire weather conditions across southern California this weekend into next week. Thanksgiving Day 2020 is just a few days away, with the current forecast indicating mainly dry weather across south central and southeast Colorado through most of the day, with increasing chances of snow showers over and near the higher terrain late in the afternoon and evening, especially along the Continental Divide.
