However, a few passing weather systems towards the end of the month brought some areas of rain, with Colorado Springs setting a new daily rainfall record of 1.10 inches on November 23rd. For the month as a whole, above to well above normal temperatures were recorded across south central and southeast Colorado, with generally below normal precipitation, save for at and above normal precipitation across portions of the San Luis Valley and the southeast plains.
