Heavy Rainfall in the Southern Plains and Mississippi Valley; Thunderstorms in Eastern Colorado on Thursday

A multiple day heavy rainfall event will begin to set up from the Southern Plains into the Mississippi Valley Thursday, peaking in intensity over the holiday weekend.
