Dolly’s remnants will bring increasing showers, thunderstorms and winds across the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico from Sunday into Monday. The main impact period is expected Sunday afternoon through early Monday, although significant impacts may occur outside this window. Heavy rain may cause flooding, while gusty winds, hazardous seas and dangerous rip currents will affect coastal and marine activities.
