Severe Thunderstorms Likely in the Central U.S.; Flooding Possible for portions of Oklahoma/Texas/Arkansas and the Marianas.

Severe thunderstorms are likely from the southern Plains to the Midwest through Friday. Large hail, damaging winds, and tornadoes are all possible. An Enhanced (level 3 of 5) risk is in effect. Flash flooding is possible across portions of Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas on Friday. A Slight (level 2 of 4) risk is in effect. Flooding rain may impact Guam and the Marianas through next week.
