Dangerous Fire Conditions in the Southern High Plains; Severe Weather from the Great Lakes into Central/Southern Plains; Late-Season Mountain Snow

The National Weather Service Office in Fairbanks, AK is actively involved in educating the communities we serve in Northern Alaska through our Outreach Program! Currently, we are capable of setting up virtual meetings for groups of all ages interested in weather. Our meteorologists can focus on various topics such as careers in meteorology, weather basics, and general weather safety, to name a few.
