Strong winds will continue along the western foothills through the evening. Prepare for strong crosswinds impacting travel along I-90 from Livingston through Columbus and along US-191 from Big Timber through Judith Gap. A cold front will finally cause the winds to decrease tonight.
Strong winds combined with low RH values and seasonably warm temperatures will result in elevated fire weather concerns through the day. Take care to not cause a spark!
After a brief cool down this weekend, expect rising temperatures again next week, with highs in the 50s to mid 60s Monday through Wednesday. A prolonged warm and dry spell could cause increasing grass fire concerns.
