Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are expected this afternoon and evening. A few storms in southeast Montana could be severe and produce strong wind gusts to 65 mph. Hail and heavy rainfall are also possible. The risk of severe weather is greatest over far eastern Montana into the western Dakotas, but storms further west could produce locally gusty winds as well.
